The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to join our central Revenue and Distribution Team. This role is responsible for leading revenue strategy and performance across a regional portfolio, ensuring pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability.

We would love you to have:
* Strong multi property revenue management experience
* Expertise with revenue systems and analytical tools
* In depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
* Experience working with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
* Experience using BI tools to deliver insights
* · A solid revenue management background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
What you can do for us:
* Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy
* Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability
* Strengthen market share performance through strategic competitive analysis and positioning
* Use BI tools to create clear, actionable insights for commercial decision making
* Ensure rate and inventory optimisation across all channels
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Guide and support a team of Regional Revenue Managers, enabling them to deliver best in class performance
