Salary: £25,000
Location: Birmingham( Office- based)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also engaging directly with learners. Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting learner enrolments and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records

* Managing inboxes and handling day-to-day communications

* Updating and maintaining CRM systems such as Dynamics and HubSpot

* Booking meetings and coordinating schedules for the sales team

* Proactively calling existing learners to support their progress

* Using Excel to track data and monitor performance

* Keeping the team organised, efficient, and on track to achieve targets

* Must have experiences with PIX

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys working with people. You’ll bring:

* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

* Experience using Excel and CRM systems

* Previous administrative experience (ideally within sales or recruitment)

* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

* The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
