GOOD TRAFFIC is hiring a rockstar prospecting/hunter, completely focused on finding and qualifying prospects and piquing their interest using a variety of tools and approaches, and setting up meetings for our sales team to close the deal.
Ideal candidate: someone who genuinely enjoys researching, scouring the internet, chasing signals, uncovering gold nuggets, and connecting dots others miss. You obsess over who the ideal customer is, how they behave, where they show up, and how to reach more people just like them. You could happily spend all day doing this and feel energized, not drained.
Just as important, you are obsessive, hungry, entrepreneurial, and eager to work at a fast-paced startup - and willing to do whatever it takes to exceed quota. You take initiative and you have the ability to figure things out for yourself with minimal hand holding. You are technical, tool savvy, and curious. You know how to leverage the right tools to surface leads, validate them, and reach them intelligently. You adapt quickly, learn fast, and are eager to master the processes that already work within our team. At the same time, you are proactive and excited to build entirely new categories of lead pools that do not exist yet.
Preferably experience in media industry, but not required, as long as you have shown you can exceed quota (i.e. $1m+ in generated pipeline) selling a unique product or service, in an industry with larger deal size ($50k+ avg deal size).
* $60k salary
