Our client is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to work at a Luxury Residential site in West London.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Main Duties:
1. Prioritize work to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within the appropriate time scales.
2. Update, amend, maintain & manage the main database of information for the estate.
3. Manage the estate purchase ordering system.
4. Send out Welcome packs to all new tenants & lessees, with follow-up to all non-received details.
5. Communicate with the car parking company.
6. Update, amend & maintain the facilities management database in liaison with Development Manager.
7. Deal with telephone enquiries together with any associated follow-up.
8. Deal with email correspondence and replies as necessary, keeping team updated with current issues.
9. Meeting and greeting clients, residents & contractors as required.
10. Deal with all written correspondence on behalf of the team as required.
11. Plan and organize the calendar to make efficient use of time.
12. Maintain filing systems both electronic & paper associated with the property management team.
13. Liaising with Development Manager, Estate Agents, Lessees, Tenants, Surveyors, and Developer as required.
