Gilbert Road Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated clinician to become part of a thriving practicewith a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
About Us:
1. Single-site practice with a patient population of approximately 10,000
2. Team includes 3 GP Partners and 4 Salaried GPs
3. Well-established acute care team consisting of: 2 Physician Associates and a Full-time practice-employed Pharmacist
4. Supportive and experienced nursing and administrative staff
5. Encouragement and support for developing special interests
Role Overview:
As a Salaried GP you will provide high-quality patient-centred care within a collaborative and well-supported environment. Youll have the opportunity to participate in clinical meetings to help shape patient services and the future direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care across a range of clinical presentations
7. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
8. Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
9. Contribute to the development of services and practice innovation
Working Hours:
10. Days negotiable to suit mutual needs

Qualifications & Experience:
14. GMC-registered GP
