Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Corby branch.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Identify new business opportunities within your specialist sector
* Develop and sustain relationships with clients and candidates
* Source outstanding candidates for our clients
* Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
* Develop the Barker Ross brand
To be considered for this role you must have:
* A minimum of one year of experience within recruitment
* A proven track record of developing new business
* A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial) plus the motivation and passion to develop your recruitment career further
* A full clean driving licence
