WHO WE ARE
Nobody’s Café is a creative studio that specialises in brand experiences and influencer activations. We were founded to bring people together through culture, creativity, and real-world experiences.
We work with global brands like Spotify, Netflix, and Red Bull to create experiences that move people and build brand love. At Nobody's Café, 'Experience is Everything'. Not just in what we deliver, but in how we work.
We are building a culture where everyone is seen, heard, and empowered to shape what’s next. We value responsibility over blame, putting community first, and having the freedom to dream bigger.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 2–3 years of agency experience (experiential, PR, or creative), and you are ready to step up. You are moving from "helping" to "owning." You are a self-starter who knows when to lead and when to ask for backup.
You are timeline-tight and deadline-focused. You love the hustle of agency life but want to work somewhere that values your growth. You are ready to take responsibility for specific parts of a project and deliver them without needing a safety net.
Nobody’s Café is an Equal Opportunities Employer. Diverse talent drives everything we do.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Own Your Workstreams: You will take full ownership of specific project elements (e.g., venue sourcing, influencer outreach, or supplier management) and deliver them to a high standard.
* Collaborate Globally: You’ll work with our community of partners, freelancers, and social creators to bring bold activations to life.
* Protect the Details: You ensure the small things don’t slip through the cracks; tracking budgets, managing timelines, and keeping the team on track.
* Grow With Us: You’re excited to grow within the industry, bringing your ideas and drive to help shape Nobody’s Café from the inside out.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* 2–3 years of experience in an experiential, creative, or PR agency.
* Detail-driven, thrives on momentum, and focused on deadlines.
* Trend-savvy with an eye on rising creators and what’s next in culture.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
THE DEAL
* Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 (Includes Bonus Scheme eligibility).
* Hybrid: Approx. 75% Remote, with weekly team sessions in London.
* Tech: Company laptop provided + Home office furniture budget.
* Vibe: Regular team lunches and seasonal socials.
