Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated Learning Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming and well-respected primary school in Bath. This rewarding role focuses on supporting pupils with behavioural challenges, helping them regulate emotions, engage positively with learning, and build confidence within the classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support, both on a 1:1 basis and within small group settings.
