The Role
As Marketing Analytics Lead, you’ll be a key driver of insight-led marketing, working directly with the Senior Analytics Manager. You’ll turn data into actionable recommendations that improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
* Map and analyse the customer lifecycle, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and churn drivers
* Translate complex data into actionable insights to optimise retention, engagement, and marketing ROI
* Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including ROI, CAC, CTRs, open rates, and conversion rates
* Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, web, landing pages, and direct mail
* Partner with marketing teams to optimise acquisition and retention campaigns
* Produce regular performance reports with recommendations and present findings to senior leadership
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to inform strategic decisions
Your Background
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in financial services marketing analytics
* Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis
* Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing analytics, campaign experimentation, and direct marketing
* Proficiency in data visualisation to clearly communicate insights
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
