Description We are seeking a Strategy & Business Transformation Manager to join our Ford Pro Europe team. This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating complex, high-stakes environments. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic workstreams that will prepare our business for long-term success. In this role, you will work across multiple functions and levels of the organisation—including global leadership—to drive a sustainable transformation during an era of rapid industry change. Responsibilities Strategic Execution: Lead and coordinate core strategic workstreams, ensuring that high-level vision is translated into tangible business outcomes. Framework Development: Advance the overall strategy framework and long-term agenda for Ford Pro across the European market. Organisational Alignment: Ensure cross-functional alignment on core priorities, fostering a unified approach to our business transformation. Executive Support: Act as a strategic partner to the core leadership team, supporting day-to-day decision-making and priority setting. Project Leadership: Steer complex, cross-functional projects, maintaining a focus on speed, results, and measurable impact. Holistic Oversight: Provide a "big picture" perspective to ensure various initiatives and workstreams remain integrated and aligned with our primary goals. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders regarding strategy progress, necessary pivots, and key milestones. Decision Support: Structure and facilitate discussions with senior leaders to drive consensus and guide critical business decisions. Qualifications This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional Background: Established experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity environment. Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex data and business scenarios into actionable insights. Communication Excellence: Exceptional structured writing and presentation skills, with the confidence to present complex concepts clearly to executive leadership. Business Acumen: A holistic "general management" mindset with the ability to understand the interconnectedness of different business functions. Agility & Innovation: A self-starter who can take ownership of key assignments with minimal supervision and prioritise effectively in a changing landscape. Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to govern project teams and manage diverse stakeholders through influence and effective teamwork. Education: A University degree is required; an MBA or equivalent from a renowned business school is highly beneficial.
