Located next to Stockport Train Station, and good commuter links, this is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with 3–5 years’ experience who is looking to progress their career. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team and will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant:
* Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership transactions, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages.
* Manage files independently from initial instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process throughout.
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
* A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
* Experience using case management systems, ideally P4W.
