Your Impact:

Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant – Skincare Therapist acts as a Dior Ambassador and promotes with passion the Dior Brand and Values. As a member of the Dior team, she/he demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times.

This role is crucial for achieving defined sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing an unforgettable client experience with the highest standard of service via conducting Dior Prestige La Suite paid facial treatments.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including other team members and, when needed, with retailer’s staff or free-lancers.


Job responsibilities


SELLING DIOR

* Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
* Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:
o Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
o Identify and understand customers’ needs
o Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global beauty approach.
* Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
* Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
* Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge


CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT

* Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely
* Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
* Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability. Perform all CRM and clienteling activities
* Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions


CABIN / COUNTER OPERATIONS

* Ensure that cabins are always in line with hygiene and quality standards
* Know and apply merchandising guidelines
* Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels, particularly on skincare products (classic or professional lines). Reports insufficient stock
* Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed (only if applicable)
* Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (only if applicable)
* Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks
* Maintain good relationships with retailers
* Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines


SKINCARE THERAPIST SPECIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS

* Deliver the ultimate permanent cabin services
* Provide personalized and expert skincare selling ceremony adapted to cabin (including the use of Dior skin diagnosis tools when available: the Skin Analyzer and/or the Dior Skin Scanner)
* Be the main «Les Solutions Professionnelles» ambassador
* Lead the cabin booking and ensure the client loyalty
* Be responsible for cabin maintenance
* Contribute or lead skincare events with the skincare trainer and/or the skincare experts (Beauty Classes, HPP…)
* Be fully trained on the complete Dior skincare services menu, following the international training curriculum
* Mentor and/or coach 3 axis BCs and Skincare Specialists and Experts on skincare selling skills (D.I.O.R., product knowledge, demonstration, gesture, Skin Analyzer, Dior Skin Scanner, Coaching and cabin services…)
* Contribute to PR activities when requested

Profile

Ideally, you would have a previous professional retail experience with skincare luxury business experience, preferably with at least 4-8 years’ previous professional treatment experience

Hard Skills:

* Strong selling skills and Customer-service skills
* Confirmed aptitude on skincare application on face and body, especially on high level skincare treatments (5 years’ experience, massage test mandatory)
* Good writing and communication skills, B2/C1 level in “local language” and, English speaking mandatory in touristic and top doors
* Excellent knowledge in cosmetics, especially in skincare (skin functions, skin diagnosis, skincare consultation, skincare products, skincare cabin services)
* Excellent knowledge on the face and body anatomy
* Able and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis & consultation
* Basic (beauty & fragrance) application and product knowledge
