What will the role of Junior Sous Chef involve?
- Delivering high standards, including food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification
- Working on your own section and as part of a team
As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to have:
- Experience of working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
