About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our Future Business Leaders programme at NFU Mutual. Our Future Business Leaders programme is designed to give you the skills, training, support and development you need to run an insurance business in partnership with other like-minded professionals, as an Agent within the NFU Mutual Agency network.
Spending time in our Northern Ireland Agency network, youll have ongoing support and guidance from your line manager and regional teams. Gaining exposure to key business areas across NFU Mutual, youll acquire an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio of products and stakeholders, including Marketing, Financial Services, Risk Management Services and Underwriting. Through a balance of hands-on experience and professional qualifications, this is your opportunity to gain the necessary skills you need to work in partnership with other like-minded professionals and secure your future as a self-employed Agent within the NFU Mutual Agency Network.
