You'll gather and document business needs, producing detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories that ensure seamless alignment between stakeholders, product managers, and developers. This role involves shaping B2B solutions that power multi-user platforms, integrations with third-party services, and data-driven features. You'll play a central role in ensuring clarity and precision throughout the product lifecycle, while working in an Agile delivery environment. Experience with transactional platforms, customer engagement systems, or regulated environments will be a strong advantage.
