What you'll be doing
As Central Technical Auditor, you'll act as a subject matter expert in food safety and quality auditing, ensuring all sites meet the MMI Manufacturing Standard and driving sustainable improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting technical audits across multiple manufacturing sites
Identifying non-conformances and leading robust root cause analysis & CAPA
Supporting sites to eliminate repeat issues and improve audit outcomes
Delivering and facilitating Quality Roadmap cycles across the network
Tracking trends and analysing repeat non-conformance data
Coaching and influencing site teams to embed best practice and technical capability
Supporting external audit readiness and compliance with standards
Reporting on KPIs, audit performance, and risk areas to senior stakeholders
What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident and credible technical professional who can challenge, influence and drive change across multiple sites.
Essential:
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Science or similar
Experience in a food manufacturing quality role (FMCG)
Auditing experience within food safety/quality environments
Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, TACCP/VACCP
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
