We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Computer Science Teacher to join our secondary school team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about technology and inspiring the next generation of digital learners.
Role Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, in line with the national curriculum.
* Teach a range of topics including programming, coding, algorithms, and computational thinking.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support students of all abilities, ensuring an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress, helping learners achieve their academic goals.
* Contribute to curriculum development and the integration of new technologies to enhance learning.
* Inspire students to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills essential for the modern world.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and related areas.
* The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
