Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
* Carry out routine quality checks and report any defects
* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
* Perform machine changeovers and basic maintenance where required
* Follow standard operating procedures and report any issues to the supervisor
* Maintain cleanliness of the work area in line with food safety regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment
* Experience operating machinery in a production setting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working weekends
