Supported Living Manager required for a recognised charity in Bidford-On-Avon!
Hours of work: Full time with shared on call
Salary: £360000, increasing on successful registration with CQC to £38000
Are you ready to lead with heart and make a real difference in people's lives? I am seeking a dynamic Supported Living Manager to spearhead a cluster of supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities in Bidford-On-Avon.

You will be the driving force behind creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where your residents thrive. Your leadership will empower your dedicated team to deliver person-centred care that celebrates individuality and promotes independence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support services.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Foster strong partnerships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment for all individuals within the community.

Desired Qualifications:
* Qualified to diploma level 3 minimum (level 5 is ideal but not essential, however you must be committed to securing this once in post)
* Solid experience as a Service Manager (ideally registered but this is not essential)
* Full driving licence and own vehicle
* Solid people management and performance management experience
* Experience working within the CQC framework
* Learning disabilities background
