Contracts Manager – Antrim, NI - £52,000 - Hybrid working (Split between office and sites)
A well established Renewable Energy Solutions provider is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of solar installation projects. This is a key role, responsible for planning, organising, and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with design and estimating to finalise projects before work begins
* Conduct site surveys and validate technical designs and BoMs
* Schedule installations, manage fitting teams, and oversee on-site logistics
* Monitor project budgets and drive process efficiencies
* Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements
* Ensure health & safety compliance and site standards
* Support technical queries, fault-finding, and remedial works
* Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience managing installations or construction projects
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Knowledge of renewable technologies is preferred
