What will I be doing as a Sales Support?
The role will involve working closely with the Customer Account Manager, providing admin support. Over time, the role will evolve to include more direct customer support, looking after some of the accounts. Duties will include:
1. Supporting the Customer Account Manager with order processing
2. Creating quotes for customers
3. Liaising with internal departments, customers and shipping agents
4. Producing invoices and delivery documentation
5. Coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce regarding export shipments
6. Assisting with updating the company LinkedIn feed and website

7. Previous experience in a similar Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator or Business Support role
8. A graduate looking to build a career may also be considered
9. Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
