Responsibilities
* Be the point of contact for customers, providing first-time right solutions and resolving their queries.
* Perform admin tasks as part of daily duties.
* Coordinate maintenance works in our homes on occasion so the Home Repairs Team can continue to provide high quality repairs.
About you / Qualifications
* Charismatic, team-focused individuals with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Experience dealing with members of the public (not necessarily in a contact centre), with the ability to maintain high levels of customer service under pressure.
* Proactive with the ability to use your own initiative in situations requiring quick action and problem solving.
* IT literacy skills, as you will work with a range of in-house databases.
