We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Droitwich nursery.
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.
About the role:
* Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
* Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
* Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
* Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
* Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
About you:
* Qualified at Level 3 and have experience with child development and learning, committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth.
* Communicate confidently, professionally, and work collaboratively.
* Work inclusively and create a supportive, respectful environment.
* Be reflective and committed to professional growth.
* Can commute to multiple nursery sites within a one‑hour radius.
And a few nice to haves:
* Paediatric First Aid certification
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
* Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
