The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on strategy and execution across our digital platforms. This is an opportunity to own digital marketing within a fast-moving agency environment — driving visibility, engagement, and measurable growth for our clients' brands.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of creativity and strategy: leading campaigns, optimising performance, and making sure every digital touchpoint delivers value.
This role is on-site at our Liverpool office — collaboration is central to who we are, and being in the mix day-to-day is part of what makes our work so effective.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. You'll be trusted to:
* Develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies (social media, paid ads, email, SEO, PPC, influencer partnerships).
* Manage and optimise campaign performance with a data-driven mindset.
* Oversee content planning and production, ensuring it's on-brand and impactful.
* Collaborate with our events and retail teams to integrate digital campaigns with offline experiences.
* Lead client reporting — providing clear insights and recommendations.
* Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platforms, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI is always front of mind.
* Mentor junior team members, encouraging their growth and development.
RequirementsMust-Have:
* Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager (or senior executive) role within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
* Strong track record in paid social, Google Ads, and SEO strategy.
* Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
* Highly analytical with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* A proactive, positive, and collaborative working style.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience in retail marketing or event marketing integration.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate programmes.
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRMs.
* A creative eye for design and experience working alongside designers.
* Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a small team.
