About The Role
Location: Site based. Kings Cross Estate
* 20 hours per a week.
* Competitive salary (£15.00 per hour)

Applying knowledge and skills to support the team's objectives, to truly embrace "People First" by supporting our workforce and becoming an integral piece of the Operations Team on one of the companies' highest profile contracts.
Principal Responsibilities – Administration and scheduling.
* Scheduling a large multi purpose security team on mixed use estate
* To undertake administrative tasks as needed, including data inputting, scanning, printing, archiving and filing.
* Producing and completing documents (including confidential ones) to ensure timescales are met.
* Developing and maintaining data bases and filling systems.
* Creating and processing quotations for additional sales.
* Receiving and processing incoming information/reports/emails etc and making recommendations to support decision making by other professionals.
* Dealing with initial complaints sensitively and professionally, referring the more serious to management.
* To help chase any outstanding documents.
* Responding to client request in a timely and accurate manner.
* Taking minutes of meetings.
* Special order invoices/one off payment requests
* Stock checks (weekly), upkeeping of spreadsheet
* Creating quotations for sites and clients
* Rostering of staff – Timegate knowledge would be advantageous
* Setting up new office starters on Agresso via the IT department
* Holiday management (assisting with cover and tracking)
* Training management, alongside the Training Manager (organising and tracking)
* Uniform management (ordering and tracking)
* Equipment management (ordering and tracking)
* Setting up of all new suppliers
* Assisting with HR
* Assisting with payroll and PPS
* Organising meetings
* Communicating with IT for all IT requirements.
* Onboarding and arranging inductions of new starters
* To assist with any other duties as directed by management.
Required Competencies
Previous experience in a similar role where you have owned and innovated the administration to a fast-paced team. You will be able to demonstrate networking, influencing and communication skills at all levels to deliver outcomes that meet operational requirements. You will have strong change management and analytical skills. Proven experience of improving performance by introducing more efficient working practices.
* Must have excellent PC and organisational skills. Ability to produce/interpret/analyse reports and presentations Excellent customer service and organisational skills..
* Must have excellent communication and influencing skills – This role will require interaction at all levels within the Company as well as internal and external Customers. These will involve face to face meetings, telephone contacts, presentations and written reports, both giving and receiving information some of which may be critical in nature.
* Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues arising within their area
* Practical and logical approach to problem solving
* Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships
* Demonstrable proactive and professional approach.
* Ability to operate in a pressurised environment.
* Excellent time management & task prioritisation skills.
