We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm while in training and then Monday-Friday 10-6pm - no part time or condensed hours offered.
Start date: February 2026 - Applicants must be able to commit to this start date

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

3. Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
