Job Advert Some Key Tasks & Responsibilities: - 1. Member Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Member Organisations. Maintain accurate records of all members, ensuring up-to-date contact information and relevant details. Co-ordinate and organise regular member meetings, webinars or events. Respond to member enquiries and provide assistance as needed. 2. Communication & Liaison: Develop and distribute regular communications (newsletters, emails, updates) to Member Organisations. Facilitate effective communication between the Network’s Workstreams and Member Organisations. Assist in creating and managing social media and digital communication platforms for the network. 3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the network, including scheduling meetings, preparing Agendas, and taking Minutes. Assist in the preparation of membership materials, Reports, and Presentations. Handle financial and invoicing tasks related to member dues or event payments. 4. Database & Records Management: Maintain and update a Member Database with contact information, membership status, and engagement history. Ensure accurate documentation of all member interactions, communications, and events. Produce and maintain regular Reports on membership status, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
