We’re now looking for a creative, driven, and social-media-savvy graduate to join our brand and creative team. This role will support day-to-day brand building while bringing fresh ideas and energy to our content and campaigns.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager to create engaging, on-trend content, keep our social channels buzzing, and support in building brand presence across multiple touchpoints.
You’ll be the eyes and ears of the brand in the world of trends and social-first storytelling, while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and help with any brand project - big or small.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
● Manage TikTok & TikTok shop (we have achieved unheard of growth recently)
● Create organic UGC-style content for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that feels fresh, authentic, and aligned with our tone of voice.
● Adapt and optimise content specifically for TikTok, keeping up with platform best practices.
● Spot and react to trending audio, memes, and formats to keep our content relevant and engaging.
● Support with day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
● Launch and grow the founder socials for Nic.
● Assist on performance reporting & analysis for social & brand content.
Brand Support
● Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns and product launches.
● Help with influencer and affiliate outreach and influencer gifting, tracking, and relationship building.
● Support with the organisation and delivery of creative shoots and content days.
● Contribute ideas for new content, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
● Website content updates and creation of blog for the site to drive engagement and SEO ranking.
General Team Support
● Assist across a range of brand tasks- from preparing assets to researching market trends, inspiration and ideas across all touchpoints and executing campaign plans.
● Maintain an organised library of brand content and creative assets.
● Be a proactive team player, ready to jump in wherever needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
● Social-first & trend-savvy – You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
● Creative & curious – You have a natural eye for content and love experimenting with new formats.
● Proactive & adaptable – You can work independently, but you’re also happy to pitch in on team priorities.
● Organised & detail-focused – You can juggle multiple projects without missing the little things.
● Passionate about beauty & skincare – Bonus if you’re already a fan of the industry and know the key players.
Skills & Experience
● A degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or similar (or equivalent experience).
● Experience creating content for social platforms - either personally or professionally.
● Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).
● Strong written communication skills.
