Recruiters/compliance/new business consultants required (united kingdom)

📢 We're Hiring – Business Developers (UK Healthcare Sector - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.

We’re currently looking for motivated individuals that are willing to gain experience in new business Development and Recruitment or have Compliance in healthcare experience.


This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn from every placement on every hour they work, you make and earn even more when you bring in new clients and secure new business btween 3k to 5k just for that,


What’s involved:

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to existing and potential healthcare clients in the UK.

• Working on your own desk – managing your OWN time and the clients you bring in.

• Commission is paid from your first placement you make or on new client –

• You choose your hours – part-time 20 hours per week, full-time 35hours +, (the More hours you work the more the potential in earning good commission

• We supply an outlook email address, PABX telephone line, and Full training for 1 - 2 weeks


What we’re looking for:

• Someone confident on the phone, especially speaking to UK-based clients.

• Someone in retail or tele sales, anyone in healthcare-related work will be an advantage

• No formal qualifications needed – just a good attitude, good phone skills, and hunger to succeed.

• We’ll provide full support and free 1-2-week training to get you started and comfortable in the healthcare space if you do not have experience.

• Retail Well-spoken individuals who’s able to build report and provide good customer service over the phone, now is the time change your career in a new direction.


This role suits someone who:

• Is hungry to earn and happy working on commission.

• Wants to learn and grow within the UK healthcare recruitment industry.

• Enjoy speaking to people and building relationships.

• Has suitable internet lines, fast PC or Laptop and quite remote space at home with backup power.
