Interim HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. This role is based 3 days onsite in West Bromwich.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR administrative support and manage flexible working requests.
2. Carry out project work and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
3. Update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures regularly.
4. Assist with training courses and produce management information reports.
About You:
* CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above).
* Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
