Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the Internal Account Support team to achieve targets
* Conduct regular one-to-ones and provide coaching and feedback
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
* Oversee customer issues and ensure timely resolution
* Delegate and manage workload effectively across the team
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Support order processing and maintain service level agreements
What we're looking for
* Proven experience leading or supervising a team
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to motivate others
* Organised and adaptable approach to changing priorities
* Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous
