What you’ll do
* Visit stores regularly to ensure operations run smoothly, focusing on efficiency, productivity and compliance.
* Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, improving performance.
* Empower teams to achieve KPIs, maintaining high standards.
* Create an environment where teams can do their best work, shift after shift, in line with Leadership & Company Values.
What you’ll need
* Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.
* Able to understand complex reports, set next steps, oversee effectiveness of new initiatives.
* Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever‑changing aspects of our business.
* Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
