* Negotiating best terms with suppliers to secure favourable prices and delivery times.
* Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
* Ensuring the procurement process adheres to company and industry regulations.
* Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
* Continually identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes.
* Managing and resolving any supply chain issues that arise.
* Performing regular market research to stay informed of industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Buyer' should have:
* Relevant academic qualifications in a related field.
