About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office team on a Part-Time basis. In this role, you will support the Night Manager in overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all guests. You’ll handle late check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest requests and emergencies, and assist in managing night audit procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and supporting the night staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and overnight housekeeping.
Managing the hotel's night audit process and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
Addressing and resolving guest issues, emergencies, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Conducting regular inspections of the premises to guarantee security and safety standards are met.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless transition between shifts and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Overseeing the implementation of hotel policies and procedures during night hours.
About You:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a night management or similar position.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting principles.
Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
