What You'll Be Doing
As the Assistant Branch Manager in our Pershore branch, you’ll be the operational and sales-focused right hand to the Branch Manager. You'll lead a team of 10 in a medium-sized, high-footfall, and busy branch. This is a challenging and fast-paced role where your leadership skills will truly shine.
Your main goal will be to drive sales and boost profitability while also keeping the branch running like a well-oiled machine. When the Branch Manager is away, you'll take the lead, putting your strategic thinking to the test.
