Offer description

Are you customer obsessed, flexible, smart and analytical, execution focused and passionate about customer experience? Would you like to join a team that is inventing new and innovative ways for Amazon to engage with suppliers? If this sounds intriguing, then we would like to talk to you about a role in Selling Partner Recruitment and Development, a growing and entrepreneurial team working with Salesforce to invent new ways to engage with our large supplier base. We are working on new technologies to tackle Selling Partner management, tool engagement, strategic planning, and supply chain and logistics optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience. Our instances (Salesforce and AWS) support millions of suppliers and thousands of internal customers across 30+ countries. Our Salesforce instance is one of the largest implementations at Amazon and Pardot instance is the largest implementation in the world; and with data volume across tetra bytes.

GSP CRM team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Manager of Technical Program Management to own and drive the strategy for our salesforce platform. We’re handling massive scale, providing strategic data that drives the seller business.

As a Manager of Technical Program Management on the GSP CRM team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to innovate on Salesforce and AWS platform for one of the worlds largest and complex Salesforce instances so that we can continue scaling for a global user base while raising the bar on security yet ensuring a smooth customer experience.

In this role, you will:
Design/build/deploy new solutions and capabilities for improving Salesforce Platform.
Implement processes and mechanisms to audit and ensure we continue maintaining our high bar of security.
Engage with systems that are at the of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.
Work directly with implementation team, product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to share learnings, technology and best practices across all teams within Amazon using Salesforce.
Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale
We have a team culture that encourages innovation and we expect team members and management alike to take high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas. Beyond a strong technical background and proven track record of Salesforce expertise, a successful candidate will have experience driving strategy and influencing executive leadership. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, someone that approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and a person that dives below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends.

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
