We have taken an exciting opportunity to join our client’s prestigious organisation as their Junior Marketing Assistant. Reporting into the company’s Marketing Manager, the role is based in a brand-new, state of the art offices, within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation. The role is to provide support to the Marketing function, and to maintain and grow their company’s online presence. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone creative, organised, and keen to develop their career further within digital marketing. Daily duties will include…
* Manage the company’s marketing calendar
* Support and optimise online marketing campaigns and website content
* Grow and manage social media channels
* Create and update email campaigns (Mailchimp)
* Write engaging blog content and update the company website
* Create simple visuals, ideally using Canva
* Monitor campaign performance and produce KPI reports
* Track competitor activity and market trends
* Photograph products for marketing use
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an online or digital marketing capacity, have a strong social media knowledge and experience using systems such as Mailchimp and Canva. SEO and Google Analytics experience would be highly desirable and confidence using Microsoft Excel is key.
