Based in Suffolk, with satellite operations locally and in the North, the management team comprises many long serving industry experts, ideally placed to support the forthcoming tech programme and growth plans with a clear strategy.
The Role:
Following the assistance of an expert, interim leadership team, we now need a HR Director to secure the recent change programme and to support the CEO and CFO with the skills and leadership to continue to scope and implement good practice and take the business forward though a growth phase.
As our HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function across the organisation. This role is a key strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the overall business objectives. You will have experience across all HR disciplines but specifically Talent Management, Reward and Employee Engagement.
You will be a ‘hands-on’ leader with a small team to support you. You will have extensive HR experience in senior HR leadership roles and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, detail oriented, time-sensitive and deadline driven environment.

* Ability to develop, maintain and build effective working relationship with a variety of internal and external clients, candidates and other stakeholders with strong leadership, communication (verbal, written and presentational), and interpersonal skills to inspire and communicate often difficult messages.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and drive organisational culture.
* Proficiency in HR software systems and HRIS platforms.
* Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* Demonstratable ability to apply critical thinking, judgement and data to resolves problems and task, whether in the moment or proactively to avoid situations, risks and conflicts arising.
* Ability to define and implement appropriate proactive strategies.
* Must have a strong level of resilience and adaptability to be successful in times of ambiguity and changing priorities.
Knowledge and Experience
* CIPD Qualified
* Strong experience in HR strategy development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Demonstrable experience of working with and influencing senior / C-Suite leaders
* PE Experience (desirable)
* A proven track record of driving HR transformation and change management.
