Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27K - £30K

About the Role
Join a well-established and growing company based in Plymouth, known for its customer-focused approach and dynamic team environment. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the company's expanding online presence. You will be responsible for making sales calls to potential clients, building lasting relationships, and helping the business grow. Experience in sales and telesales is necessary, but we are looking for someone passionate about both sales and marketing to help the company reach new heights.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and information
Process orders, sales invoices, and contracts
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Manage payments via cash, cheque, or credit card
Maintain and update customer databases and ERP systems
Liaise with courier companies and arrange shipments
Label products correctly and manage dispatch logistics
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reports, and data entry
Help build the company's online client presence through sales, marketing, and production tasks
Ensure a seamless purchasing experience and high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experienced in telesales and building relationships with clients
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
