An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Psychologist with experience working with young people and their families to join Tri-borough CAMHS. This is a full-time, permanent Band 7 position within the CAMHS Alliance service.
The Alliance Crisis Care Team is an evolving service providing brief interventions and outreach to children and young people with acute psychological and mental health issues, aiming to prevent hospital admissions. The role involves conducting crisis assessments and interventions, and developing clinical skills through work on a CAMHS Helpline.

We welcome Clinical or Counselling Psychologists with CAMHS experience interested in this role.
The successful applicant will work alongside other psychologists, manage an individual caseload, and receive supervision from an experienced Clinical Psychologist.
The Alliance Crisis Team serves three key pathways:
* Acute Trust and out-of-hours services
* Intensive community support, Home Treatment, and Post A&E review
* Community support with Tier 3 CAMHS interface and Tier 4 diversion/step-down
Postholders will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments, risk evaluations, and developing risk management plans for young people in crisis across various sites covered by the service.
Additional responsibilities include providing direct support to families and young people, assisting in treatment planning, and offering consultation to families, carers, and professionals involved in the young person's care.
