Responsibilities
You'll:
* Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair
* Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses
* Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required
* Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity
* Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration
* Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders
* Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment
