Job Opportunity: Business Apprentice in Cyber & Security Solutions Division

Our Cyber & Security Solutions Division is a key innovator, delivering technology and services for civil, defence, and security markets worldwide, helping customers achieve digital transformation and enhance their capabilities.
As a business apprentice within the Cyber division, you'll experience various departments, contributing to team goals and success. You'll work primarily with our largest integrated project teams (IPTs), supporting all functions essential for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in administering project processes, including site access, health and safety compliance, and reporting
* Manage project plans, budgets, and contractual obligations
* Procure goods and services, managing third-party providers
* Monitor project performance using KPIs and communicate concerns effectively
* Utilize tools like SAP, follow processes, and promote best practices in project management
* Ensure adherence to project governance throughout all project phases
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
* Two A Levels (Grades A*-C), including English, Maths, or Business, or an equivalent Level 3 qualification in a related field
* GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A*-C) in Maths and English
* Team-oriented with a drive for excellence, confident communicator, problem solver, resilient, organized, and proficient in software like Excel and PowerPoint
* Relevant qualifications in business studies are advantageous
