Legal Secretary – Private Client up to £30k Surrey, KT11 – office-based A well-established Legal 500 firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Department Assistant to join their Private Client team. This is a full-time, office-based role (Mon–Fri). You will support the team with audio/script typing, preparing correspondence, managing diaries and appointments, handling client communications, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office tasks. Confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organisational skills are essential. Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience within a law firm is required, along with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
