The Role
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a passionate leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team. Your role involves coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* Understands managing labor, rotas, and the financial aspects of restaurant operations
