Responsibilities:
General Repairs & Maintenance: Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in socialh housing/ residential properties, aiming for a first-time fix.
Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace taps, showers, waste pipes, syphons, and valves.
Carpentry: Install and repair doors, skirting boards, bath panels, and kitchen units.
Tiling & Flooring: Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.
Painting & Decorating: Carry out internal and external painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.
Requirements:
