CRM Growth Manager
* £350 Per Day Outside IR35

We are hiring for a CRM Growth Manager to join a fast-paced, high-volume ecommerce business operating across multiple product categories. Each category represents a distinct customer proposition, with dedicated lifecycle ownership across acquisition and retention.
This role will sit firmly on the acquisition side of CRM, with a strong focus on email-led growth, lead capture, and nurture journeys. You’ll work on a high-transaction product, supporting a key growth initiative within one of the company’s core categories.
The Role:
As CRM Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising acquisition-focused email journeys that support performance marketing and overall growth objectives. Email is treated as a critical owned acquisition channel, working closely alongside paid and performance teams.
You’ll take ownership of BAU delivery while continuously improving journey performance from a funnel and growth perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver acquisition-focused CRM activity across email
* Build and optimise lead capture and nurture journeys
* Execute email campaigns, automated sequences and lifecycle flows
* Work closely with performance marketing to support acquisition goals
* Analyse journey and campaign performance to drive continuous optimisation
* Support high-volume, high-transaction ecommerce activity
* Collaborate with product and growth stakeholders to align CRM with wider initiatives
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in email marketing with an acquisition focus
* Proven background in growth marketing or acquisition CRM
* Experience building and managing nurture journeys and funnels
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume ecommerce environments
Nice to have:
* Hands-on experience with Customer.io
* HTML knowledge for email builds and troubleshooting
