Shift Pattern:
* Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
* Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support to residents throughout the night. Your role will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
* Providing reassurance, comfort, and companionship
* Assisting with night‑time routines and wellbeing checks
* Supporting residents with nutrition and hydration needs
* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Helping create a calm, safe, and caring environment
No two nights are the same, every resident has their own personality, story, and care needs, making this a truly rewarding role.
