Driven by a passion to transform the online iGaming landscape, we are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Technician to perfect our real-time masking processes, create immersive interactive lighting, and support our expansion into new markets.
Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Lighting Technician to lead lighting solutions across our Australian and international studios. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of studio and stage lighting, chroma key lighting, and real-time adjustments. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality video output and optimal chromakey performance in a 24/7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize lighting and operate Ultimatte systems for clean real-time green screen extractions during live broadcasts.
* Source and procure studio equipment for Animo R&D and overseas studios.
* Test and evaluate AV and rigging equipment to ensure suitability for continuous production pipelines.
* Design and optimize studio infrastructure to support around-the-clock production.
* Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for studio operations, including setup, workflows, hot swapping, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with studio managers and technicians to implement best practices and ensure consistency.
* Manage project timelines and resources for effective studio setup and operation.
* Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to recommend strategic upgrades and innovations.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Lighting Technician in film, television, theatre, or live production.
* Expertise in green screen lighting, chroma keying, and using Ultimatte devices.
* Experience sourcing, testing, and managing studio equipment and technology.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role with a standard 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, primarily on-site.

Salary Range: AUD $90,000 - $100,000
