Working closely with your Deputy Manager and a well-established team of staff, you will create and lead the vision for the home.
You will demonstrate natural leadership skills while keeping the residents at the heart of all you do.
Your main responsibilities include ensuring person-centred care for residents, maintaining occupancy levels, recruiting, retaining, and managing your team, liaising with residents' families and other care professionals, and ensuring compliance with CQC and care standards.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Registered Manager with a current NMC pin, at least 2 years' experience in a nursing home environment, a relevant professional qualification, and a proven track record in care home management with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and managerial skills.

The role is for 40 hours per week and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, and bank holidays, subject to two satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, and other standard employment checks.
