Responsibilities: - Processing and recording receipts. - Supporting the banking of received cash and cheque payments. - Reviewing and verifying creditor invoices. - Handling supplier invoices and responding to related queries. - Assisting with the preparation and completion of weekly payment runs. - Generating client statements and preparing ad-hoc reports when required. - Raising standard and ad-hoc charges, including insurance, utilities, and repair costs. - Issuing tenant and internal invoices. - Maintaining and updating client and creditor records. - Reviewing and processing VAT returns for clients and submitting them to HMRC through MTD. - Providing support with answering and directing incoming telephone calls Candidate Attributes: - Ideally AAT qualified level 3 or above or studying towards.
